My ideal Teaching method by Yumi

(I’d planned on teaching higher level students)

I think The CBLT is the best to use for my class(focusing on the higher grade students or advanced level students)

CBLT(Content-Based Language Teaching) is one of the teaching method which fully
applies the principles of CLT(Communicative Language Teaching).

CBLT intends to offer an actual interaction in real-world.
Learners can communicate each other without conscious focus on the grammar and vocabulary, discussing the theme or solving the problems freely in the class.

CBLT integrates the learning of language with the learning of academic, authentic and meaningful contents. So teaching should build on students' previous experience.
And I think motivation is one of the important characteristics of CBLT.
The stronger motivation is, the more quickly a student will learn English.


That’s why I choose the CBLT as my ideal class.
